Review the effect before confirming an Essential. Both people must meet each other’s Essentials before either profile is shown. Payment and shared interests never override this.
Choose what you share
Practical details can explain routines, availability or access needs without a diagnosis. You will choose private matching only, eligible members, or after mutual interest, and preview each stage.
Health questions are optional. Sensitive disclosures remain unavailable while privacy and legal reviews are completed. They will never be public profile badges, Lounge content, adverts or measures of your worth.
Stay in control
Review privacy choices and confirm your answers are truthful and current. The update includes controls to change visibility, withdraw consent, export your own information or delete it.
Details chosen for mutual interest will be reviewed before messaging or video. You never owe anyone medical evidence, and skipping an optional health answer is not dishonesty.

What will the compatibility update include?
The next app update adds interests, hobbies, values, lifestyle and life goals. You can rank preferences and review Essential deal breakers before confirming them. Essential choices work both ways; shared interests cannot override them.
Must I share personal or health information?
No. Optional disclosures are being prepared and will remain unavailable until privacy reviews are complete. Skipping a question is not dishonesty. The update separates private matching answers from details you choose to share, with controls to edit, export or delete your answers.
What if information is misleading or someone discriminates against me?
Use the app’s report and block controls for harassment, fraud, safety concerns or abusive behaviour. The update adds clear misrepresentation and discrimination choices, including demands for medical evidence. A person reviews concerns and members can appeal adverse decisions before permanent removal. An immediate safety risk may need a temporary restriction.
A changed circumstance, mistake or difference of interpretation is not the same as deliberate deception. A disability, health condition or skipped optional question is never a reason to report someone. Please do not send medical records or another person’s private health information.
Will I know why someone was excluded?
No. Private answers and the reason someone did not pass mutual eligibility stay private. Match explanations describe shared, non-sensitive ground between people who are eligible to meet.
